Day 72 - PoMo Pop Tarts
Before the Temple in Ruins 72 - 7/12

Becky bought me some amazing pop tarts

turns out that Nascar is buying real estate on the hood of my Pop Tarts now…
Steve referred to them as “what Ian has started eating to fit in at Lowe’s”
it got me thinking about advertising…
Why does nascar sell every spot on a car to sponsors…well because their clientele (audience, crowd,…etc.) are poor ass rednecks…tickets cost about as much as a case of Keystone (this fact is probably not a fact…)
Basketball doesn’t need to sell space on jerseys because they have Jack Nicholson on the sidelines…Soccer teams in Europe are owned by companies, I saw Mick Jagger and Leonardo Dicaprio just chilling watching the World Cup…this is why this sport has a world venue…
But back to why Nascar was on my Pop Tarts…the only thing I could figure out…
ToasterYard 500…not sure what that entails, toasting speeds? tightest gradient grid from plain to burnt? Trick burning? Like this…

After searching “tricked out toaster” on google…I found nothing…
I have 9 toasters (this is true) and I’ll be suping them up, and selling space on them
Maybe i’ll get on throwing some stickers on my toasters tomorrow…
And after a long ramble on toasters…questions remain unanswered…
1. Why all the over advertising?
2. How much do Tickets really cost?
3. Who goes to Nascar races? Kid Rock? Jamie Lynn Spears?
4. How much can I command for space on my Toasters?
subquestion…does it make a difference to you rednecks whether you buy space on a white toaster or a black toaster?
